  What We’re Looking For:
  
  
• A degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  
  
• Proficiency in Excel and a basic understanding of SQL; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
  
  
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  
  
• Confident communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
