Data Enrichment Manager - Hybrid (multiple offices around the UK) £80-£90k + Bonus and wider benefits

We're recruiting for a Data Enrichment Manager to join a growing analytics function, leading a team focused on extracting greater value from data and helping drive commercial decision-making.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong analytical background and leadership experience who enjoys identifying new data opportunities, influencing business strategy, and turning complex datasets into business insights. You'll play a key role in shaping the organisation's data enrichment strategy while working closely with teams across analytics, technology, operations, and commercial functions.

Duties of the Data Enrichment Manager:

Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing data team.

Identifying and evaluating new internal and external data sources to drive business value.

Delivering data-driven recommendations to improve commercial performance and customer outcomes.

Working closely with technology and data engineering teams to ensure robust and scalable data solutions.

Analysing large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to support strategic objectives.

Promoting best practice around data governance, quality, and security.

Driving innovation through the use of advanced analytics, data science, and emerging technologies.Skills of the Data Enrichment Manager:

Previous experience leading or mentoring analytical, pricing, or data-focused teams.

Experience in the Insurance industry, ideally Motor insurance

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with large and complex datasets.

Advanced skills in tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Commercial awareness and the ability to turn data insight into business outcomes.Nice to Have:

Knowledge of predictive modelling, pricing, enrichment, or customer analytics.

Exposure to machine learning and advanced statistical techniques.Benefits:
