Data Engineer

Hays are supporting a business based in Cheltenham recruiting a permanent Data Engineer. The salary is up to £40,000 and offers hybrid working, typically one or two days per week. In the role you’ll join the growing team in an important role building and maintaining data infrastructure, ensuring high-quality data to support reporting and analytics across the business. You’ll collect and integrate data from a variety of sources and help design, build and manage a data warehouse environment. The tech stack includes Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services. To be considered, you’ll need to have experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Data Integration, ETL Pipelines, Power BI and ideally Azure Synapse or Fabric experience. Ideally, you’ll have 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar hands-on engineering role.
