Robert Half has partnered with a Financial Services organisation based in West London looking to hire a Graduate Data Analyst to join the team.

If you are looking to kick start or develop your career in data, pensions, and project work? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team where you'll gain hands-on experience and professional qualifications from day one.

The Role

You'll play a key role in supporting business-critical projects, improving processes, and ensuring data accuracy across pension operations. Full training is provided, making this an ideal role for someone with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in data.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF functions)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in data and problem-solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

Background

  • Degree from a STEM course
  • A-Level Maths with strong numerical ability
