Overview
A brand new role has opened up for an experienced Data Analyst to join an exceptional businesses within the reward sector. The company are experiencing a huge period of growth with exciting plans to continue this upwards trajectory.
You’ll will be tasked to enhance the company’s business intelligence and data solutions by uncovering insights to support the business commercially, and inform business decisions. They are looking for someone who keen to roll up their sleeves, and has a proactive mindset.
The role is being offered on a permanent basis from their South-East London office, on a hybrid basis.

The Role
The ideal candidate will have a 3+ years’ experience under their belt and be an analytical and proactive thinker who is keen to get stuck in! You’ll be joining a company that genuinely love the work they do, so they would love a fellow data enthusiast to be joining them. You will play a crucial role in:
- Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop, implement and optimize data models
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports
- Conduct Data Quality Assessments and Ensure Data Governance standards are being met
- Provide end-user support when required

- Working within a marketing context would be preferable
