Job description
The Role
As a SuccessFactors Data Analyst, you will be part of our HR Reporting Analytics team responsible for generating HR data outputs from our HR System, SuccessFactors. This role will provide an opportunity for learning and development in building reports using database relationship tables and Excel skills. You will also gain exposure to our team's technical processes and project procedures, as well as working with our new reporting technology People Analytics.
You will report to the Data Analytics & Reporting Team Lead within the Shared Services Forward Delivery Team of Data Analytics.
Core Duties
Create and modify reports within SuccessFactors to meet HR reporting requirements.
Manipulate data and generate one-off reports as needed.
Respond to queries and investigate reporting-related cases through the ServiceNow platform.
Perform data analysis to derive meaningful insights.
Knowledge and Skills
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify data discrepancies and propose solutions.
