Continued investment in analytics and customer insight has created an opportunity for a Customer Selections & Analytics Consultant to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Working within a collaborative analytics environment, you will partner with stakeholders across the business to support customer targeting, campaign optimisation and strategic decision-making through data.

The Role

As a Customer Selections & Analytics Consultant, you will:

• Build and deliver customer selections using SQL for marketing, customer and service communications.
• Translate campaign briefs into technical requirements and actionable data solutions.
• Work with multiple customer datasets to create accurate and compliant audience selections.
• Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards used to evaluate campaign performance.
• Analyse test-and-learn activity and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Generate clear, actionable insights that support customer targeting strategies.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver against campaign objectives.
• Present technical findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences.
• Support quality assurance processes to ensure outputs meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with wider analytics teams to continuously improve selection and evaluation processes.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting agreed timelines.

Your Skills & Experience

To be successful in this Customer Selections & Analytics Consultant role, you will have:

• Strong commercial SQL experience.
• Experience in customer selections, campaign analytics, CRM analytics or customer data environments.
• Experience working with and combining multiple datasets.
• Data visualisation experience, ideally using Power BI.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to translate technical outputs into clear business recommendations.
• Experience presenting insights to support business decision-making.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on data quality.
• Experience working within a regulated or compliance-driven environment would be beneficial.
