Trade Mastermind & Valente Consulting are looking for an exceptional Commercial Analyst / Data & Insights Manager to take ownership of the entire data and insights function across a rapidly scaling £25M+ education and business services group.

This is not a standard reporting role.

You’ll sit at the heart of the business, transforming complex data into commercial strategy, growth opportunities, and high-impact decision-making across multiple brands. From revenue forecasting and sales intelligence to marketing performance and operational efficiency — your insights will directly influence how the business scales.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will lead and manage all company-wide data operations across Sales, Marketing, Finance, CRM, and Operations, ensuring leadership has complete visibility of business performance at all times.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Building and managing executive-level dashboards using Power BI and Looker Studio

* Creating forecasting models for revenue, sales pipeline, cashflow, and performance

* Managing and optimising large-scale datasets and data pipelines

* Delivering actionable commercial insights that drive growth and efficiency

* Analysing customer behaviour, LTV, CAC, conversion rates, and operational trends

* Overseeing CRM data management, segmentation, uploads, and dialler operations

* Ensuring data integrity, governance, and GDPR compliance across all systems

* Working closely with Senior Leadership to support strategic decision-making

* Identifying performance gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities

* Supporting Sales and Marketing teams with high-quality data and reporting

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a commercially minded, highly analytical individual who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and influencing business decisions through data.

Essential Skills & Experience

* Strong SQL and BigQuery experience

* Advanced Power BI and Looker Studio capability

* Experience handling large datasets with millions of records

* Strong understanding of CRM, sales, and marketing data flows

* Experience building dashboards, reports, and forecasting models

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

* Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights

* Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
