Business Insight Analyst

We're looking for a talented Business Insight Analyst to partner with senior leadership and regional teams, delivering high-quality analysis that drives performance, identifies growth opportunities and strengthens data governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver insightful analysis across Finance, Operations, Commercial and HR functions
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and data models to support decision-making
• Lead data quality and governance initiatives across European teams
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple countries
• Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews with impactful data-driven insights

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in business analytics with a strong commercial mindset
• Advanced financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SAP or similar
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capabilities
• Experience working with Salesforce for reporting and insights
• A proactive, curious mindset with the confidence to challenge and improve processes
