Business Applications Manager working

Surrey / Hybrid

We're looking for an experiencedBusiness Systems & Applications professional to support, improve and modernise core business systems within a fast-paced, commercially focused organisation.

This is a hands-on role combiningERP, SQL, Power BI and business process expertise, with the opportunity to make a real impact across the business.

• Support and improve coreERP and business applications, ensuring stability, performance and data quality.
• UseSQL to extract, analyse and manage business data.
• Create and maintainPower BI dashboards and reports.
• Work acrosssales, finance, purchasing, inventory and warehousing to improve processes and systems.
• Support system upgrades, implementations and technology projects.
• Manage relationships with external IT and software support partners.
• Provide user support, training and clear system documentation.
• Identify practical technology solutions that improve efficiency and business performance.

You'll have proven experience supporting and improvingERP or business management systems, ideally with experience across implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing support.

You'll also bring strongSQL and reporting skills, with experience using tools such asPower BI.

Knowledge ofdata integration, Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms and business processes would be advantageous.

We're looking for someone who iscommercially minded, analytical, solutions-focused and confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
