ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The BI Analyst will:

• Deliver analytics projects that combine reporting, visualisation, and insight generation
• Translate complex data into clear narratives that answer what the data means and why it matters
• Build dashboards and analytical outputs using tools such as Tableau and similar platforms
• Work on projects such as location strategy for retailers or demand analysis for public and education bodies
• Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders across the wider business

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial experience using Python or SQL for analysis
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI or Tableau) and presenting insights clearly
• Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
• A strong academic background in a STEM subject
• Exposure to consulting or client-facing project work is beneficial
• Around 2 years of commercial experience as a minimum
