Assistant Data Analyst - Office based role - Norwich, Norfolk

About the Role

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the business. You’ll work closely with experienced analysts and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable data.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop reports and dashboards using tools such asExcel, Power BI, orTableau
• Write and optimizeSQL queries to extract and manipulate data
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver insights

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency inExcel and a foundational understanding of SQL
• Familiarity withdata visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business, or similar) is advantageous
