Analytics Lead - Marketing & Product

Up to £96,000+ |Hybrid - 1 day per week in Cardiff

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experiencedAnalytics Lead to join a business undergoing significant transformation. This is agreenfield role, offering the chance to shape the analytics function, influence strategic decisions, and build best practice from the ground up.

Reporting directly to theCEO, you'll split your time between70% hands-on analytics and30% leadership and strategy, leading a small analytics team while remaining close to the technical work.

• Lead analytics across marketing and product functions
• Deliver actionable insights into customer behaviour, product performance and marketing effectiveness
• Build and enhance dashboards, KPIs and measurement frameworks
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial decisions
• Coach and develop a small team of analysts
• Help establish a scalable, high-performing analytics capability

• Strong hands-on experience withSQL andPython
• Experience working withSnowflake andMatillion
• Exposure toAWS (or another major cloud platform)
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Previous experience leading or mentoring analytics professionals
