An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Analytics Engineer to join a growing technologyteam as its remit continues to expand across the wider business.

This is a newlycreated role driven by increased demand for data, reporting and businessintelligence solutions. The organisation has recently invested in MicrosoftFabric and is looking for someone who can bring hands-on experience in thisarea to help accelerate adoption and support the wider team's development.
This is anexcellent opportunity for an Analytics Engineer, BI Developer or Data Analystwith strong technical skills who wants to play a key role in shaping a moderndata platform while making a visible impact across the business.
The role willsupport the development and delivery of business intelligence and analyticssolutions using Microsoft Fabric, SQL and Power BI, helping transform businessdata into trusted insights and meaningful reporting.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining data pipelines, data models and reporting datasets.
• Developing insightful Power BI reports and dashboards that support business decision-making.
• Writing and optimising SQL queries to transform and analyse data.
• Working with data from ERP, CRM, finance, operational and manufacturing systems.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to understand reporting requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Supporting the ongoing development and governance of the Microsoft Fabric environment.
• Helping drive best practice around reporting, data quality and analytics capability across the organisation.

What We're Looking For
We're interestedin speaking with candidates who can demonstrate:

• Experience within a Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting or Analytics Engineering role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric or similar modern Microsoft data platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience withtechnologies such as Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory, Python or PySpark wouldbe advantageous but is not essential.
