AI Lead - Dublin

We are partnering with a high-growth recruitment firm based in Dublin that is making significant investment in AI to reshape its operating model. With a strong presence in a fast-moving, talent-short market, the business is focused on deploying AI to streamline manual processes, accelerate delivery, and enhance both candidate and client journeys. As the company scales, there is a clear mandate to embed AI as a core enabler across the organisation.

This is a newly created, senior-impact role offering the chance to shape and deliver the organisation's AI vision from the ground up. You will set the AI strategy while remaining hands-on, building and deploying practical solutions that drive efficiency, remove friction, and generate measurable commercial value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy AI-driven automation across end-to-end recruitment workflows
  • Develop LLM-powered solutions for CV screening, candidate matching, and outreach
  • Build conversational agents and intelligent systems to improve candidate engagement
  • Integrate AI tools seamlessly into existing ATS, CRM platforms, and APIs
  • Define and own the AI roadmap, prioritising high-value use cases with clear ROI
  • Lead delivery from initial concept through to production-ready implementation

Where to Advertise Data Science Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Where to advertise data science jobs UK in 2026: the specialist boards, communities and channels that actually reach senior and lead data science talent. Data science spans a broad and often misunderstood spectrum — from statistical modelling and experimental design through to machine learning engineering, product analytics and AI research. The strongest candidates identify firmly with specific subdisciplines and are frustrated by adverts that conflate data scientist with data analyst, business intelligence developer or machine learning engineer. General job boards produce high application volumes for data roles but consistently fail to match specialist data science profiles with the right opportunities. This guide, published by DataScienceJobs.co.uk, covers where to advertise data science roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about hiring across different role types.
