AI Foundry Software Developer - Newcastle, full time in office role

Responsibilities

• Join a team of software developers and platform engineers, contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment
• Engage directly with users, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify requirements, applying sound judgement to design and deliver pragmatic, effective solutions
• Take on early responsibility for high-quality end-to-end software delivery
• Partner with client teams to deliver products and projects collaboratively
• Challenge current systems and processes to achieve common goals through technical excellence and innovation
• Keep abreast of AI and technology trends that will keep us at the forefront of what is possible

• Excellent, modern programming and software design skills
• UI development experience using Typescript and React
• Passionate about technology and the use of AI to accelerate and empower engineers
• Able to work in a very dynamic and integrated team and business environment
• Engaged in all aspects of software delivery with a product-oriented, customer-focused mindset
• A naturally brilliant communicator who can skilfully orchestrate the efforts of coding agents and globally distributed colleagues
• Energy, ambition and grit are as important as strong technical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• A minimum 2.1 degree obtained in Computer Science, or a related field, from a top University, as well as strong A Levels
