Actuarial Manager - Life Insurance Transformation

Essential Experience & Skills

• Qualified actuary (or equivalent actuarial experience) with a strong understanding of the Life Insurance market.
• Experience using data, analytics and technology to improve actuarial, finance or business processes.
• Track record of delivering transformation initiatives, from defining requirements through to implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of actuarial processes such as reporting, pricing, forecasting, capital modelling or experience analysis.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate complex actuarial and technical concepts into clear business insights.
• Experience leading projects, workstreams or teams within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

• Experience within a consulting, advisory or client-facing transformation environment.
• Exposure to cloud-based technologies, modern data platforms or actuarial technology solutions.
• Experience with data science, predictive modelling, automation, AI or advanced analytics techniques.
