We are seeking a highly skilled Workday People Analytics Specialist to develop and maintain advanced reporting and dashboard solutions across our customers People Analytics Platforms. This role will focus on creating, configuring, and optimizing Workday reports and dashboards to meet the evolving needs of our global stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge ofWorkday’s HCM, Recruiting, and Learning Modules,coupled with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and Dashboarding Development:Create and modify reports and dashboards within Workday, leveraging tools such as Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with global stakeholders, Portfolio Leads, and Digital Product teams to gather requirements, provide reporting solutions, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Complex Report Configuration:Lead complex configurations, including dashboard design, calculated fields, and composite reporting, to support various functional areas within Workday.
  • Data Quality and Maintenance:Regularly monitor and maintain reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and relevance, implementing updates as necessary to meet business needs.
  • Project Management:Coordinate with Digital Product teams to deliver high-value Workday reporting and dashboard solutions on time and in line with stakeholders’ requirements.


Required Qualifications:

  • Workday Expertise:Proficient in Workday Report Writing, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Dashboard solutions across Workday’s HCM, Recruiting, and Learning Modules.
  • Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to handle complex data and reporting requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication:Demonstrated experience in working directly with stakeholders, collecting requirements, and incorporating feedback to refine and optimize reporting solutions.
  • Attention to Detail:Highly organized with a focus on accuracy and quality in report configuration and maintenance.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in data analytics or people analytics, particularly within a global or matrixed environment.
  • Knowledge of additional data visualization tools and methods.
