We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Data and Analytics consultant to join our Data, information and Analytics team. This client facing permanent position ideally is suitable for someone with a background in Finance and Accounting, as we frequently collaborating with clients in finance team. This ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data and technology to drive business success. What Will You Do?
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Solution Delivery
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, translating them into data-driven solutions.
- Deliver end-to-end data and analytics solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and post-delivery support.
Data Modeling & Visualization
- Design and implement data models that align with business needs and reporting requirements.
- Create interactive and insightful visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Data Analysis and Insights
- Analyze datasets to generate actionable insights that support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to enable effective performance tracking and monitoring.
Project Management & Collaboration
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring successful and timely completion of client projects.
- Work closely with DIA Team to ensure alignment on data solutions and deliveries.
Continuous Learning and Innovation
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data analytics, business intelligence, and emerging technologies.
- Propose and implement innovative approaches to improve data quality, processes, and analytics solutions.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization.
Solution Documentation
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, data models, workflows, and user guides.
Who Do You Need to Be?
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in a Finance/Accounting role or similar
- BSC in Finance or Accounting
- Experience in using BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar)
- Passion for data and analytics and a keen understanding of its impact on business performance and decision-making.
- Genuine interest in building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive business success.
- Experience using SAP is preferable
- Microsoft certifications, such as PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, would be advantageous
