Job Description:

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Conduct routine environmental monitoring across our three service areas of Water, Construction and Compliance in accordance with company protocols, quality assurance requirements and our client's contract specifications.
  2. Conduct routine checks and maintenance of environmental control systems and client infrastructure.
  3. Provide a reliable, efficient and professional level of service to our clients at Enitial.
  4. Liaise with clients on-site building a level of trust that leads to dependable, long term and positive relationships.
  5. Maintain Enitial's credibility by being the face of Enitial in the field and always portraying a positive image by keeping equipment, vehicles and PPE clean.
  6. Respect company equipment and vehicles ensuring routine calibrations and maintenance is completed in line with company protocols.
  7. Work as a team within regions building and maintaining morale and actively offer help and assistance wherever possible.
  8. Report any deviations from methods or non-conformances through to Area Managers, Data Analysts and Account Managers that could impact upon data integrity or data gaps.
  9. Manage time efficiently, reviewing own schedules and reporting through to the Scheduling / Project Controller ways in which works could be conducted more effectively.
  10. Manage data accurately and in line with client / company requirements. Report data through to the Data Analysts timely and in the correct format.
  11. Identify possible works on site that could commercially benefit Enitial and positively improve our client sites.
  12. Responsible for keeping safety at the forefront of field works and being proactive ensuring accidents and near misses are always reported straightaway to the Area Managers and client in line with our company accreditation and policy.
  13. Always compliant with the 'Stay Safe' remote working application when working out on-site.
  14. Liaise with laboratories and couriers ensuring samples taken in the field are always, to the best of your ability, compliant.
  15. Assist with on-site training of new employees providing proactive support ensuring their onboarding into the company is friendly, engaging and inspiring.
  16. Provide routine company admin through to central systems including expenses and vehicle checks on a monthly basis.
