Role :Technology Solution Architect

Location:Sheffield UK (2-3 days per week onsite)

NoteSheffield / Leeds 2-3 days a week (Need to travel to these locations when require Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield)

• Ability to contribute / set / drive the IT strategy as input to defining the wider architecture and digital transformation (languages, frameworks, databases, integration - how the software fits together..) Design and implementation of technology strategy and roadmaps
  
• Understanding of principle of enterprise and solution architecture, waterfall and agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD etc.
  
• Some coding background / design thinking
  

Requirements

• 3rd party integration and microservices architecture
  
• Understanding of the principles of data engineering
  
• Exposure ideally TOGAF and service domain models
  
• Confident, mature, proficient communicator and ability to interface at executive level, UK-based
  

Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements: • • Extensive knowledge and understanding of Redhat Linux on both a physical and virtual platform. • Experience with deploying, configuring and supporting Linux in a VMware environment • Experience with automation tools (Ansible) and patching using Redhat Satellite; • Providing multiple levels of support to help resolve incidents and problem resolution • Experienced in Problem tracking, Incident management etc , • Decommissioning of physical and virtual servers, monitoring live traffic on Kibana or similar monitoring tools.
