This a great opportunity for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Software Implementations with a particular focus on Data Migration.

The Role:

You will join the Echo team working on our latest product a cloud-based SaaS billing solution built around the Salesforce platform that has had a recent major launch in the UK and Australia.

As a member of the Echo Professional Services team, you'll play a pivotal role in the Implementation of Software to our clients, along with support to the Business Analysis team.

Your expertise will be crucial in driving excellence, improving processes, and providing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and drive discussions and recommendations around the business migration strategy, feeding into the activity surrounding data mapping and Extract, Transform and Load (ETL)
Support the planning activity of the workstream to ensure that all relevant activities are captured and planned in to deliver a successful phase
Experience of process and data modelling, data mapping and business process re-engineering principles.
Facilitate Data Mapping workshops - Drive discussion around data in order to capture and document the future state of data architecture alongside business processes and systems
Ensure data migration works closely with other project workstreams i.e. Business Process Alignment / Integrations / Reporting.
Provide support to the integration stream ensuring data consistency and accuracy in information and data exchanges.
Ensure data migration supports the reporting needs of the business pre and post go-live.
Understand the impacts to the Business Process Alignment stream when making Data Migration decisions, ensure Business Processes support data edge cases.
What You’ll Need:

Ability to support and lead discussions and provide recommendations on business migration strategies, including contributions to data mapping and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) activities.
Proficiency in workstream planning, ensuring all critical activities are identified, scheduled, and managed for successful project phases
Experience with process and data modelling, data mapping, and the application of business process re-engineering principles.
Skill in facilitating Data Mapping workshops, driving discussions to capture and document future state data architecture, alongside related business processes and systems.
Capability to collaborate with multiple project workstreams, such as Business Process Alignment, Integrations, and Reporting, to align efforts with data migration tasks.
Expertise in supporting integration streams, ensuring data accuracy and consistency in information and data exchanges.
Understanding of data migration needs to support the business's reporting requirements before and after go-live.
Ability to evaluate the impact of data migration decisions on Business Process Alignment streams, ensuring alignment and support for data edge cases in business processes.
