Are you looking for a role where your organisation and communication skills can make a real difference? We are recruiting a Technical Administrator to join a leading facilities management team supporting a vital public sector contract. This is a full-time, site-based position that offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to work closely with both internal teams and the client.

About the role
In this role, you will provide essential technical and administrative support to the operational delivery team. Based at the client’s site, you will act as a key point of contact, helping to manage day-to-day service delivery while ensuring compliance, accuracy and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include coordinating access to support statutory compliance, maintaining the CAFM system to ensure data integrity, and progressing tasks from start to completion. You will also assist with financial administration, including quotes and invoice support, and play a key role in audit preparation and reporting. Working closely with supply chain partners and regional staff, you will help ensure services are delivered on time and to a high standard.

What we are looking for
We are seeking a confident and well-organised administrator with previous experience in facilities management or maintenance support. You will have strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, and be comfortable working with CAFM systems such as Maximo.
Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment. You should be proactive, professional and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
