What we’re all about

We find, when we come together in the pursuit of excellence, great things happen. And that’s how we do things at Quantexa – together. Our business is data, but our culture is collective. We’re about growth – but not just the bottom line. We create a culture where people feel empowered to do their best work. We might work across continents and time zones, but that doesn’t stop us from collaborating. We’re connected. We celebrate our successes together, and we unite to tackle the challenges. 41% of our colleagues come from an ethnic or religious minority background. We speak over 20 languages across our 47 nationalities, creating a sense of belonging for all.

At Q, we’re looking for people who share that vision. People like you.

The opportunity

Our Talent Team is at the heart of Quantexa’s growth. We help find likeminded individuals who become an integral part of our family, creating the biggest impact for our clients, colleagues and business strategy. We’re determined to meet the business needs and remain accountable for delivering to a high standard. Your ambition and vision will help us improve our processes, creating new and innovative ways to hire the best talent in a forever changing market. You’ll be a key team player supporting our goals of becoming future proof.

You’ll be working with a number of stakeholders across multiple functions and regions. You’ll have a laser-focused attention to detail, bringing a curious, intuitive, agile and practical approach to a forever growing business. You’ll be a connector, seamlessly making things happen for a number of our technical functions internal functions across London, Dublin and Malaga. This will include R&D, Data Engineering, Analytical Innovation and DevOps. You’ll be responsible for the full life-cycle of recruitment, from org chart planning to budget management, and go-live to offer.

What you’ll be doing

  • Filling the open roles across multiple business functions and geographical locations.
  • Supporting budget owners and business leads with process improvements and project related tasks, using a data driven approach.
  • Planning and coordinating interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Creating best practices to ensure a fair and transparent interview process that supports our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Living and breathing our Employee Value Proposition. Bringing this to life with everything you do.
  • Attending events and job fairs, demoing the Quantexa product to prospective candidates.
  • Ensuring a first-class candidate experience for every applicant that engages with us.

What you’ll bring

  • First and foremost, the ability to juggle multiple requisitions at any given time. You’re highly organized and proactive in everything you do.
  • You’re always one step ahead. You remain agile and embrace change, instinctively knowing what needs to get done. Then you make it happen.
  • Excellent communication skills. As you can imagine, you’ll need to be able to communicate to diverse audiences – online, in writing and in person.
  • Teamwork. One of our core values. Because you’re an awesome people person, we’re sure it won’t be difficult for you to foster relationships with our colleagues, investors, board, and clients.
  • Customer-focused. Another biggie. You thrive on delivering a great service and making the lives of those you support easier.
  • Attention to detail beyond compare. You’ll make sure every action is documented and all data has been collated. After all, without data, there is no context.
  • Headhunting skills like no other. You know where to find great talent, using LinkedIn, job boards and other sourcing methods, and have the tools and techniques to make this happen.
  • Extensive experience recruiting technical roles, such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Front-End, Full-stack and Product.
  • You’re resilient, tenacious and a pleasure to work with, making Q fun wherever you are.

Our mission

We have one mission. To help businesses grow. To make data easier. And to make the world a better place. We’re not a start-up. Not anymore. But we’ve not been around that long either. What we are is a collection of bright, passionate minds harnessing complexities and helping our clients and their communities. One culture, made of many. Heading in one direction – the future.

It’s all about you.

It’s important to us that you feel welcome, valued and respected. After all, it’s your individuality and passion for what you do that will make you Q. We see that – which is why we’re proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We’ve created and will continue to improve our inclusive and diverse work environment. Regardless of your race, beliefs, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, neurodiversity or ableness – whoever you are – if you are a passionate, curious and caring human being who wants to push the boundaries of what’s possible, then we want to hear from you.
