Selwood Housing Group is a not-for-profit housing association committed to providing affordable local homes for our customers. The Role
We are on the lookout for an excellent Talent Acquisition Advisor as we continue to improve and hone our recruitment process. From the initial discovery with hiring managers to the Welcome to the Team handshake, you'll own the whole acquisition and onboarding journey.

Selwood hires across a diverse range of roles, from Data Analysts to Surveyors, so a creative approach to resourcing is key. We want to hear about your experience using everything from LinkedIn and job boards to careers fairs and other novel approaches.

Creating a positive candidate experience is very important to us. Drawing on your existing talent acquisition experience, you'll have the freedom to tweak processes as you see fit, keeping an eye on the data and building metrics so we can see what's working and what's not.

You'll also work closely with hiring managers, understanding their needs, offering your expert advice, and building strong relationships.

We believe in flexibility and you will have the opportunity to work from home for part of the week. We get together in the office at least once a week, but this can vary depending on business needs.

What You'll Bring To The Table

  • Solid experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, managing the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Confident using different sourcing techniques to hire into specialist roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • An eye for data analysis and metrics
  • Care and passion for the candidate experience
  • A great player who is also happy to work independently
