We are hiring!

Circet Wireless is seeking an experienced administrator focused on systems and data governance.

Purpose of the Role

The role involves gaining a comprehensive understanding of our operating software to support and guide all employees. This includes answering queries, providing how-to guides to enhance user knowledge, and ensuring staff are fully trained in our system. The role also requires non-code configuration of the software based on business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gain an understanding of the system architecture
  • Configure system setup
  • Support software users with queries
  • Document and communicate software changes
  • Create and distribute software process guides
  • Perform non-code configuration of app documents
  • Identify and communicate development requirements

  • Initiative
  • Effective communication skills
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and in-house software (e.g., SiteLive)
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work, including creating agendas, minutes, correspondence, documentation, and presentations
  • Full UK driver’s license

Training

  • SiteLive superuser training
  • Bespoke customer tool training as needed
  • An introduction to wireless technology
  • Potential site visits to understand software use in the field
