Systems Analyst - ERP

The Systems Analyst (ERP) will support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of our client's ERP system. This role ensures that business requirements are accurately captured, translated into system configurations, and aligned with institutional goals. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of the ERP solution.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements across ERP modules (e.g., HR, Finance, Payroll).
System Configuration & Testing: Support the configuration of ERP modules and lead system testing efforts including user acceptance testing (UAT), integration, and regression testing.
Data Management: Assist in data migration, validation, and cleansing activities to ensure data integrity across systems.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Training & Documentation: Develop user guides, training materials, and provide support during go-live and post-implementation phases.
Issue Resolution: Monitor and resolve system issues, escalating to vendors or internal teams as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience with ERP system implementation or support (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, Unit4, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Familiarity with data migration and integration processes
Proficiency in documentation and testing methodologies
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
