    The Role
    Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:30
    Location: Fleet, Hampshire
    Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days a week on site
    We're looking for a System's Accountant who will be pivotal in the initial set up and testing of D365 F&O and the ongoing development and support of CRM. Once the system is live, you will oversee and be responsible for all administration, optimisation and continuous improvement of the D365 F&O system, ensuring they align with business requirements and financial processes.
    You will also need to have a thorough understanding of D365 CE perspective and vice versa. This role involves close collaboration with finance, IT and Sales teams to implement system enhancements, maintain data integrity and provide training and support to end-users.
    Responsibilities:
  • Lead the configuration, initial setup, testing and optimisation of D365 F&O modules, including AP, AR, Budgeting, Cash and Bank Management, General Ledger, LISA Enterprise (Subscription billing), Procurement and Sourcing and any third party software
  • Implement and fully test system functionality in line with blueprint to ensure successful go-live and roll out
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for finance and other relevant teams on F&O functionality
  • Provide day-to-day operational support, acting as the primary point of contact for system-related issues and troubleshooting
  • Design and generate financial reports using D365 reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness for internal and external reporting
  • Conduct regular audits and implement controls to maintain data integrity, addressing any discrepancies promptly
  • Work closely with IT and Sales teams to ensure effective system integration and alignment with business processes
  • Participate in and management finance systems-related projects, including system upgrades and process improvements
    What we're looking for:
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent experience
  • Significant experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Dynamics 365 CRM, including hands-on experience with workflows, approval processes and system configuration
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and other reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and core accounting principles
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience in finance process management and implementing standardised processes across businesses
