Systems and Data Analyst Apprentice

Reed Finance is working with a key client based in Glasgow to recruit a Systems Accountant. The role is available due to an internal promotion. The role is mostly home working, with a few days required in the office per month. You will report to the Head of Finance.

You'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the organisations financial systems. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in financial reporting and systems integration, working closely with both finance and IT departments.

The main duties the positions entails are:

Assist in the maintenance and development of financial systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Be the 'go to' person across the business to answer queries regarding the financial system
Support the finance team in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
Collaborate with IT and finance departments to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Contribute to the improvement of financial reporting and data integrityTo be considered for the role you must possess the following:

Qualified, part qualified or qualified by experience will be considered
Previous experience working in a similar role
Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders
