A bit about the role…

Allwyn is deploying new assets to over 41,000 retail sites across the UK, NI and IOM. In order to do this in an efficient and effective way, Allwyn have commissioned the utilisation of a deployment software management system called Site Tracker, a workflow, order and process management tool based on a SaaS Salesforce platform. We are looking for a Salesforce Data analyst to support the platform, system data, BI, reporting and dashboarding. Our ideal candidate is someone with excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.They should also have proven experience in data analysis, the Salesforce platform and Excel.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Preparing data and BI to support and guide decision making with scheduled and ad-hoc reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing solutions to improve the delivery and consistency of data and BI
  • Reviewing and auditing data to ensure it is correct, raising issues and areas for action where needs be
  • Completing ad-hoc requests for data from across the business
  • Assisting in data cleanup and migration activities
  • Developing tools and processes to monitor data quality and integrity
  • The ability to manipulate data sets via Excel and Salesforce

What experience we’re looking for…

  • Experience in using Google suite applicationsand Microsoft suite applications (Word/Excel)
  • Previous experience of using Salesforce / business systems / databases
  • Demonstrable specialised knowledge/skills in a Data analytics, report & dashboard creation
  • Ability to plan and prioritise multiple activities
  • Is aware of the commercial impact of own decisions/actions
  • Good problem-solving skills with experience of resolving complex data issues
  • Previous experience of stakeholder liaison

Advantageous Experience/Skills

  • Experience working in retail environments (desirable, not mandatory)
  • Digitally forward thinking, quick to embrace new retail technology and inspire and motivate your team to adopt new initiatives

Key Measures of Success:

  • Successful implementation of Salesforce reports & dashboards
  • The ability to manipulate data in Excel in preparation for Imports into Salesforce
  • Display retail deployment & customer service targets through BI/reports and dashboards
  • Schedule reports and dashboard exports in a timely manner
  • Aid in the measurement of retailer engagement via BI/reports and dashboards
  • Delivery of reports and dashboard deployment within the agreed timescales
  • Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently independently
