What to Expect…

We’re looking for an ambitious Strategy and Analytics Manager to join our Strategy team here at Raylo. As the first Strategy and Analytics team member solely focused on Raylo Business, you’ll take ownership of driving business approval rates and scaling growth for Raylo’s innovative leasing platform. Using data-driven insights, you’ll analyze how we can optimize approval processes, refine our credit strategies, and build compelling business cases to expand our leasing product while maintaining sustainable growth.

You’ll leverage your technical and analytical expertise to craft strategies that enhance Raylo’s leasing proposition, ensuring we continue to unlock value for both customers and the business. You’ll champion data-informed decisions that sustainably grow Raylo’s impact and in time build a high-performing team that aligns with our mission. Your influence will be central to steering Raylo’s success as we navigate this pivotal phase of scaling our business.

In 2025, Raylo stands out with its groundbreaking approach to retail electronics and has massive ambitions for growth. You’ll collaborate closely with the leadership team and co-founders, C-Suite, and senior business leaders, shaping strategies that will optimize our business approval strategies and drive long-term growth. Your ideas and leadership will play a critical role in shaping the future of a key strategic advantage for Raylo.

What you’ll do…

  1. Reporting to the Senior Manager responsible for overall growth and approval rate, you’ll work closely with internal partners to grow our Raylo Business proposition.
  2. Your technical and analytical skills will mean that you identify opportunities for growth and then collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver on this.
  3. You’ll interact heavily with Senior Leadership and external investors to define performance goals for our Raylo Business portfolio and monitor performance against these.
  4. Beyond Raylo Business, you’ll be at the forefront of Raylo’s future growth strategies, across new products, verticals and, longer term, geographies.

You’ll succeed with…

  1. Using your technical skills (SQL, Excel) to get into the details of our strategies, while being able to think strategically and deliver as part of a larger team.
  2. Collaborating in a fast-paced environment across the business with diverse skill sets and personality types. You have great stakeholder management skills and love using your analytical skills to champion data-driven decision-making, educate others and drive growth for the business.
  3. Taking full responsibility for business-critical processes. You’ll be responsible for the development of Raylo’s business’ core growth proposition and ensuring we stay ahead of the industry.
