SENIOR ANALYTICS MANAGER

THE ROLE:

As aSenior Analytics Manager, you will:

  • Lead client and stakeholder engagement, defining and executing analytical strategies to solve complex business challenges.
  • Develop financial and consumer behavior models, identifying opportunities to drive business value through data-driven insights.
  • Provide expertise in key analytical areas such as customer segmentation, targeting, pricing, or financial modeling.
  • Apply a strong understanding of financial and management accounting principles to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage cross-functional projects, working collaboratively across teams to drive analytical initiatives forward.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in analytics, ideally within a consultancy or a large corporate environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive adoption of analytics across the business.
  • A commercial mindset, ensuring that analytical insights translate into tangible business impact.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • A broad understanding of analytical methodologies, with the ability to engage specialists in data science, research, and analytics when needed.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
