Role Overview:

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will analyze Pinterest datasets and develop visualization dashboards to extract insights at scale. You will lead advanced data analysis efforts to uncover trends that inform strategic initiatives, collaborate with teams to create reports and dashboards, and communicate findings to guide business strategies. You will empower markets and partners by providing valuable insights, especially where dedicated resources are unavailable.

What You'll Do:

  1. Data Strategy: Master Pinterest datasets and explore analytical opportunities to uncover advertiser value through data analysis.
  2. Data Visualization: Design visual representations, develop dashboards and reports, and translate patterns into actionable recommendations.
  3. Workflow Design: Develop data systems to extract insights relevant to advertisers, establishing effective processes.
  4. Collaboration and Mentorship: Guide team members and colleagues in using dashboards effectively.
  5. Execution Excellence: Drive the execution of complex insights and dashboard development.

Qualifications:

  • +5 years experience with large datasets and data visualization solutions, especially for sales organizations.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Looker, and familiarity with Streamlit or Plotly Dash.
  • Skilled in Python, SQL, ETL workflows, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to transform vague questions into clear analyses.
  • Excellent communication skills for leading initiatives and articulating findings.
  • Experience leading technical projects and managing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, own solutions, and identify opportunities.
  • Understanding of user-centric design for dashboards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and continuous learning mindset.
  • Experience working across regions with cultural sensitivity.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.

Salary & Benefits:
