About the Role

As a Senior Customer Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for providing show insights to the business, highlighting areas for improvement and optimization, helping shape strategies by providing data-led insights and conducting extra research where feasible.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collecting and consolidating insights using quantitative and qualitative research methods
  2. Developing data-driven insights into customer behaviors, preferences, and patterns
  3. Helping the event teams improve product and service offerings through customer understanding
  4. Performing analytics, modelling, data management, or reporting solutions
  5. Contributing to process improvements using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues
  6. Providing support and guidance to colleagues who may have less experience

Requirements:

  1. Have knowledge and experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods, customer insights, storytelling and stakeholder communication
  2. Be skilled in using analytics tools and software
  3. Be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  4. Ensure & implement best practices in your area of expertise
  5. Have knowledge of how your area integrates with others and the competition
  6. Independently manage projects and present the findings to key stakeholders
  7. Be able to solve complex problems using existing solutions
