What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Project Delivery– Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to turn requirements into technical solutions, ensuring seamless implementations.
  • Change Requests & Enhancements– Review, prioritise, and deliver customer-driven change requests, balancing efficiency with high-quality outcomes.
  • Data Engineering & BI Development– Design, build, and optimise SQL-based solutions, from ETL pipelines to performance-tuned reports.
  • Customer Collaboration– Maintain proactive communication with customers, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and value in every solution.
  • Process Improvement– Develop best practices and tools to streamline project and change request delivery, making our workflows faster and smarter.
  • Quality Assurance– Test and validate solutions, ensuring compliance with Katchr’s coding standards and minimising rework.
  • Mentorship & Support– Provide peer reviews and knowledge-sharing to strengthen the team’s technical capabilities.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Expertise inMS SQL Server, includingT-SQL query writing, stored procedures, and database design.
  • Strong understanding ofdata warehousing conceptsand large-scale data migrations.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing project work with fast-turnaround change requests.
  • Experience working withlegal or financial sector datais a plus but not essential.
  • A collaborative approach, comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
