We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Consultant to join the St James's Place Business Intelligence team. The Business Intelligence team exists to equip our internal customers with the tools and business intelligence required to support the SJP Partner Community. You will be part of a small but influential team equipping the SJP Leadership team with the data and insights required to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Work with data experts across the business to identify and gain access to all necessary data, employing techniques to make this process efficient and as automated as possible. Produce and maintain intelligence dashboards and other tools in line with the team's deployment objectives and timescales. Seek to continuously improve the existing intelligence suite through maximising the use of automated solutions to drive efficiency. Communicate analysis and findings to a variety of stakeholders at different levels Help to reinforce a positive team culture

Special Requirements

Data analysis skills and a track record of working with qualitative and quantitative datasets to produce powerful/practical insights. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel, SharePoint. Strong knowledge and understanding of a business intelligence tool, such as Microsoft PowerBI (preferred) or Tableau. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate would be highly desirable Some familiarity with Salesforce would be highly desirable. Demonstrable communication skills with stakeholders at various different levels.
