Enterprise Solution Architect - HR transformation (Workday)

My client, one of the UK’s premier transport companies, is embarking on a company-wide overhaul of its systems, with a massive Workday HRIS transformation at the heart of it. They are looking for a broad solution architect with particular strength in the HR function, HRIS, and Workday to join the team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing the technology solutions for the HR Transformation project across multiple domains, such as applications, integration, and data.

Key skills:

• Owning the design of a range of applications and integration-focused solutions across the workday implementation.
• Stakeholder engagement is needed regarding business needs and requirements for the HRIS & Payroll system.
• Designing the integration services between HRIS & Payroll and existing systems.
• Designing data architecture solutions for efficient HR data processing.
• Ensure the solutions align with the IT Governance Framework.

The right candidate will fit the below criteria,

• Experienced Solution Architect with a broad, general sill set that encompasses applications, integration, and data.
• Previous experience in working with large-scale HR transformation projects, ideally Workday
