Overview

As we expand our footprint in EMEA, we’re looking for a dynamic Solution Architect to join our growing team and help shape the future of our implementation processes.

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the future technical deployment process for all end users across EMEA. You’ll work closely with our largest clients, handling their complex technical needs, from launching new AI models in collaboration with the product team to mapping out optimized hardware solutions. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales Engineering, Support, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless client experiences from presales to post-sales.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implementation Design:Own the design and implementation of the technical deployment process for all EMEA end users.
  2. Client Engagement:Serve as the primary technical contact for our largest clients, addressing their unique needs, launching AI models, and optimizing hardware solutions.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration:Partner closely with Sales Engineering to transition clients smoothly from presales to post-sales, taking full ownership of the technical relationship.
  4. Stakeholder Alignment:Regularly work with Support, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are optimized.
  5. Innovation & Development:Contribute to the continuous improvement of Eagle Eye Networks’ implementation processes, bringing innovative ideas and feedback from client interactions.

Qualifications

  1. 7-11 years of experience in a technical role, with at least 3 years in a SaaS environment.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with AI-driven solutions.
  3. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  4. Fluency in English and either Dutch or German is required.
  5. Proven experience in designing and implementing complex technical solutions for enterprise clients.
  6. Strong understanding of cloud technologies, AI models, and hardware optimization.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with clients at all levels.

Preferred Skills

  1. Experience working in the video surveillance, security, or related industries.
  2. Familiarity with EMEA market requirements and regulations.
  3. Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
