My client are looking for a Solution Architect for an initial 3 month contract. You must be immediately available! Please note this is an Outside IR35 contract.

Location: Stafford & Client Sites (UK) | Hybrid Working (2–3 Days Office-Based)

About the Role

My client are looking for a highly skilled Integration Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of robust integration solutions across our enterprise systems. This is a strategic role, instrumental in bridging business needs with technical solutions—ensuring that our integration architecture supports scalable, secure, and future-ready operations.

Key Responsibilities



Lead the discovery, design, and implementation of integration services that align with business objectives and technical strategy.

*

Architect and oversee complex, end-to-end system integrations to support enterprise-wide initiatives.

*

Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business challenges and tailor integration solutions accordingly.

*

Design integrated solutions leveraging Dynamics 365—particularly Project Operations and Finance—to work seamlessly within enterprise ecosystems.

*

Develop and execute migration strategies for complex ERP transitions, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.

*

Perform hands-on technical tasks, including coding, testing, and interface deployment.

*

Serve as the primary technical liaison between internal teams and client stakeholders, engaging effectively at all organizational levels.

*

Mentor internal technical teams and build trust-based partnerships with client-side counterparts.

*

Identify and pursue opportunities to deepen client engagement and expand solution offerings.

Required Skills & Experience

*

Proven experience leading large-scale system migrations, including data migration, ETL processes, and live cutovers.

*

Strong consulting skills with the confidence to engage and advise C-suite executives.

*

Extensive integration experience with Dynamics 365, particularly Project Operations and Finance modules.

*

Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure integration services and architectural best practices.

*

Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

*

Proficient in architecture frameworks, modeling tools, and governance methodologies.

*

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.
