Reed Technology is delighted to be partnering with a prestigious services organisation in Edinburgh, currently looking to expand their team with the addition of a skilled Software Integration Engineer.

The Software Integration Engineer plays a crucial role in enabling customer success. You will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of data integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Work in close collaboration with customers to secure end-to-end implementation of their integration options, supporting them along the process and advising them on the best solutions to ensure data integrity.
Support strategic software integration solutions, including analysis, scoping, design, testing, roll-out and support documentation.
Identify change requests for technical development with a focus on always improving the service integration experience.
Collaborate with the development team to refine design and expand the scope of integration solutions based on feedback from customer operations.Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer facing environment role, focused on IT solutions and support and/or data migration.
Knowledge of modern integration technologies, principles and best practices.
Experience developing process documentation (process flows, user guides, technical requirements, etc.).
Preferably with experience in supporting HR Management applications.
Excellent service skills, can easily build rapport and act as a trusted advisor for clients.Benefits:
