Are you a data savvy Software Delivery Manager with great communication skills and a focus on product delivery?

You could be progressing your career at a successful and growing Cyber Security Risk Management tech company that specialises in solutions for SME's, working on complex and interesting systems at the cutting edge of technology. The company is scaling and enjoying great success.

As a Software Delivery Manager you will manage a small team of Data Analysts, ensuring efficient delivery of the company's Data and Reporting services to clients as well as internal stakeholders and customer facing teams. You'll manage and prioritise the teams' projects and tasks, clarify incoming requests and priorities and communicate changing priorities, adjusting schedules and removing any blockers. You'll run the teams' Kanban and backlog using JIRA and ensure up to date documentation is available via Confluence.

Location / WFH:

There's a hybrid work from home policy with three days in the London office per week.

About you:

You have experience in a software delivery or management focussed role You have a background in Data Analytics You have previous people management experience You have a strong knowledge of JIRA and Confluence You have a strong understanding of Agile project management approaches You have excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills Ideally you will have experience with B2B SaaS products
