What you’ll be doing
As the Senior Data Engineer, you will:
Work alongside colleagues within Insurance Money Services. Be hands on with the development of Database Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Database development, ETL and Batch on our core Insurance Platform. Ensure reliable system operations, using implementation of telemetry, monitoring and response for live services, Maintain and work against medium to long-term plans to improve automated Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, Support and develop the capability of engineers across the Data Practise to create positive outcomes for end users, Improve quality, feedback loops and boost productivity across teams in Agile Value Stream Contribute to embedding an agile mindset and approach focused on improving outcomes.

We need you to have
Oracle and/or PostgreSQL development experience CI/CD experience, Jenkins or similar Python or similar scripting language AWS(preferably) or Azure/GCP
And if you have any of these, even better
Terraform & Ansible GitHub Linux and shell Apache Management of applications written in languages such as Java, Python and Perl
