Our client is a leading advisory firm. They are looking to hire for their industry leading compensation and reward practice. You will support clients with executing their compensation strategy using their compensation data to empower their clients to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.

This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself with one of several dynamic industries including professional services, retail, manufacturing, tech or pharma/life sciences. You will work will directly influence compensation strategies that align with the fast-paced, innovative culture of the sector.


What the role involves:

  • Data Analysis & Insights – Utilise data analytics to build market compensation trends within each sector. Translate large datasets into actionable insights and providing clients with a clear understanding of their market positioning.
  • Benchmarking & Market Research – Conduct comprehensive benchmarking studies on the qualitative mechanics of compensation plans and broader HR topics across EMEA. Provide insights and recommendations on salary structures, bonuses and equity that align with the latest trends and best practices in across the sectors.
  • Client Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with EMEA clients, understanding their unique challenges and tailoring compensation solutions to meet their specific needs. Deliver presentations and reports to client groups that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to the tech & general industry community.
  • Market Intelligence – Stay informed about the latest developments in each sector. Including emerging roles, skills in demand and shifting compensation trends. Share insights with clients to help them stay ahead in attracting and retaining talent.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Proven experience in compensation consulting with a focus on data advisory and benchmarking for the professional services, retail, manufacturing, tech, pharma/life sciences industries
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modelling, statistical analysis and Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience could be from a large compensation firm eg WTW, or a "big 4" Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC or a specialise compensation and reward boutique or gained at blue-chips in industry
