Senior Python Developer / Backend Developer - Londonoffice (3 days in the office) - Up to £100K - Permanent - Cannotsponsor A Health Tech is looking for a Python Developer. You'll bejoining the founding team; 2 co-founders, a Tech Lead and an MLEngineer. The Role: - Develop browser extensions and desktopapplications. Windows and MacOS for our core user interfaces andinternal tools. - Create web applications for AI agent audits, datavisualisation, and model performance validation, leveragingexisting open-source solutions where possible. - Design andimplement robust pipelines for AI models, optimising forreliability and scalability. - Collaborate closely with AIengineers to ensure product development aligns with businessobjectives. - Write clean, maintainable, defensible, and scalablecode with a high bar for quality. - Thoughtful about edge cases(“anything that can go wrong will go wrongˮ). Experience: - Strongin Python. - 3+ years experience. - Track record of buildingscalable systems that have AI/ML components. - Worked in astart-up. - Comfortable joining a company in stealth.
