Key Responsibilities
1. OKR Development and Insight

  • Partner with Portfolio Directors, Programme Managers and PMO to define, refine and track strategic and operational OKRs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that track OKR progress across programmes, portfolios, and strategic themes.
  • Provide insight into OKR progress and blockers through structured reporting and stakeholder engagement.

2. Financial Insight and Performance Tracking

  • Develop financial tracking tools to monitor forecast vs actuals, drawdowns, and cost movements at project and portfolio levels.
  • Ensuring financial data integrity across systems.
  • Support monthly financial reviews and reporting cycles, including benefit tracking.

3. Resource Management and Capacity Planning

  • Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards for resource demand and capacity tracking, integrating ServiceNow and Workday data.
  • Support the rollout of resource management processes to improve visibility and planning.
  • Works closely with Finance and Technology to build the right resource mix and maintain a clear view of capacity plans.
  • Identify and address supply gaps, unallocated resources, and third‑party tracking challenge.
  • Provides insight and challenge to support strategic sequencing decisions and capacity planning.

4. Project Performance Metrics and Reporting

  • Develop and manage aggregated views of delivery performance across the Life Change runway.
  • Analyse project milestones, dependencies, risks, and benefits to identify delivery issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure reporting packs are tailored for Executive‑level consumption and support strategic decision‑making.

5. Tooling and Data Enablement

  • Lead the development and enhancement of tooling to support data capture, analysis, and visualisation (e.g., Power BI, ServiceNow, JIRA).
  • Implementing AI and automation to reduce manual effort and risk.
  • Uses AI tools such as Copilot to enhance delivery, reporting, and insight generation.
  • Supports embedding AI tools across the change team, driving adoption and capability uplift.
  • Works closely with Technology and Change Excellence to ensure AI tools are aligned with delivery models and data ecosystems.
  • Maintaining documentation of data processes and models.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across systems and stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in project data analysis, ideally within a change or transformation environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI and JIRA/Confluence. Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Understanding of financial management principles, resource planning, and OKR frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working in agile and waterfall environments, with a focus on continuous improvement and governance.
