This role is suited to a PM who is comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity, and can bring together a holistic vision with day-to-day execution, while being pragmatic, systematic and imaginative.

The Senior Product Manager will own and drive the roadmap for Insights, driving platform-wide value for our customers that ties together our product verticals and augments value by knitting together platform and external data. The PM will collaborate deeply with teams across our platform to meet the evolving needs of our customers, closely aligning with our People Analytics product but leading with a whole-of-platform mindset.

A strong customer-centric mindset, characterised by curiosity and empathy, with a proven ability to systematically identify core problems and convert those into possible solutions to test and iterate with customers is required. Your ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively and to collaborate across teams, cultures and timezones will be crucial.

What you’ll spend your time doing:

  • Collaborating deeply with the team’s People Scientist, Data Scientists, Designer and Engineers to discover and validate the needs of our customers and users to drive and enhance product market fit, including in the People Analytics product.
  • Working with Engineering and Data Science team members to understand and assess the technical tradeoffs in the space, so as to find the pragmatic path to the right solution at the right time.
  • Owning the roadmap for the team, making prioritization decisions, and creating artefacts that communicate the ‘why’ behind investment decisions and the ‘what’ of solutions.
  • Collaborating with those across the Product Group, Security, Legal, People Science and others around the business to deliver AI responsibly.
  • Driving collaboration with other product teams to build toward the future state for Culture Amp’s platform, with teams in both the European timezone and the Australian timezone.
  • Working with GTM to enable Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to successfully launch, iterate and drive adoption of the product.

You’ll be working closely with a cross-functional team and be supported by strong specialist and technical expertise. Given the remit, you will also need to collaborate with other product managers, design and technical leads to align on the highest-impact opportunities.

What you’ll potentially bring to the table:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years experience in product management (or similar). Startup and/or strategy consulting experience is a plus.
  • Experience developing Insights products for external customers (ideally).
  • Experience developing and bringing new products to market.
  • Very strong communication skills, in order to influence and align a diverse set of stakeholders ongoing.
  • Operational discipline and organisation.
  • Research skills to systematically collect qualitative and quantitative inputs, draw on sharp analytical skills, intuition and empathy to find non-obvious patterns, and distill it all into actionable insights.
  • Technical fluency to enable close collaboration with Engineering and Data Science. This role does not require data expertise.
  • A strong interest or experience in building and delivering platform capabilities that enable and multiply the value of the work of other teams.
