Job Description

The Opportunity

Join our Product Team as a Senior Product Manager. You’ll craft the strategic roadmap and steer the delivery of our Demand services. This role, based in the UK, Spain or Germany requires collaboration with our US teams during CET hours. Remote work is possible and encouraged, we also have offices in London, Barcelona or Berlin for in person collaboration.

As a product manager at Cint, you are primarily responsible for:

  1. Understanding and communicating the problems of our users and customers.
  2. Defining requirements for a solution that our users and customers love.
  3. Ensuring our products add value and contribute to the future vision of Cint.

What You Will Do

  1. Take ownership of a large area of the Demand generation of Cint Exchange, working with our buyers to get their questions answered.
  2. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, UX & design to deliver an industry-leading programmatic exchange.
  3. Oversee the UI and API management, ensuring a robust pipeline of developments and enhancements. You'll monitor these elements and provide strategic Optimization recommendations to fuel growth, maximize usage, and boost performance.
  4. Familiar with product design and UX principles to improve customer experience and enhance understanding.
  5. Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
  6. Collaborate with the Director of Product and drive the core Exchange product roadmap, tackling significant business challenges and securing a prosperous future for Cint.
  7. Draft product plans and documentation that foster informed decision-making and ensure accountability for the product lifecycle.
  8. Build consensus across the company, leveraging user interviews, stakeholder feedback, and beta programs to meet customer expectations.
  9. Engage closely with marketing, training, support, and sales teams to craft go-to-market strategies that ensure the success of new products.
  10. Establish and track feature success metrics and KPIs aligned with corporate goals.
  11. Remain proactive regarding privacy and security regulations to guarantee compliance with global standards.
  12. Demonstrate and promote our product value at various high-level meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

  1. A robust technical background with a profound understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and project management tools like Confluence/JIRA.
  2. Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager in a B2B environment with tangible experience managing product and feature development from concept to GTM.
  3. A flair for driving customer engagement through intuitive user experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Proficiency in creating detailed API product requirements, managing backlogs, and conveying these to development teams.
  5. Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing outcomes and collaborating with distributed teams.

Bonus Points If You Have

  1. Proficient in the ‘doing’ of technology as well as the ‘knowing what to do’.
  2. Prior experience in Ad Tech (SSP/DSP), or a similar programmatic marketplace.
  3. Proven success in developing API-driven applications and a keen understanding of marketplace dynamics.
  4. Proven record in working with distributed and remote engineering teams.
