Are you a passionate and experienced product leader with a proven track record of building exceptional customercentric products Our client a leading technology company revolutionising the fastpaced world of ecommerce is seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of their consumer products and make a real impact on millions of users.

About the role:

As a Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for owning the endtoend product experience for customers across mobile and web platforms. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including Engineering Design Marketing and Commercial to define and execute the product roadmap delivering innovative solutions that delight users and drive business growth.

What youll be doing:

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap:
    • Define and own the product vision strategy and roadmap for consumerfacing products (mobile & web).
    • Conduct market research customer analysis and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • and Delivery:
    • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of products and features.
    • Manage the product backlog prioritise features and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Customer Focus:
    • Deeply understand customer needs and pain points through user research data analysis and feedback gathering.
    • Champion a customercentric approach to product development ensuring that user experience is at the forefront of all initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
    • Analyse data to understand user behaviour identify trends and inform product optimisation efforts.

What youll bring:

  • Extensive experience in product management with a focus on consumerfacing applications ideally within the ecommerce or a related industry.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a proven ability to use data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • A passion for building userfriendly and innovative products that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
