Your role at Kittl

As a Senior Product Designer on the acquisition team, you'll collaborate with your product management and engineering partners to create delightful experiences that excite and engage people while clearly showcasing Kittl's value. You'll craft visually stunning, innovative designs that are both feasible and easy to implement.

You love crafting visually stunning and engaging designs. You've created websites that people eagerly share and discuss. Quick experimentation with different solutions comes naturally to you. You have a deep understanding of your target audience and strive to be the subject matter expert others seek out to collaborate with. For you, creating delightful interactions isn't just a nice-to-have—it's essential. You elevate those around you by freely sharing new approaches, inspiring others with high-quality design, and thriving in collaborative teamwork with your partners.

What you’ll do

  • Design and improve UI/UX:As an acquisition-focused designer, you'll create compelling websites, landing pages, micro-apps, and template pages. Your designs will excite and engage people, while clearly conveying Kittl's value proposition.
  • Iterate:Wireframe and prototype new ideas, then swiftly refine them based on performance results.
  • User research:Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure interfaces are intuitive and effective.
  • Interpret data:Collaborate closely with data analysts to interpret user behavior, translating insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Collaborate:Partner with product teams to implement designs and maintain consistency throughout the product.

What you’ll need

  • Experience:You're a senior professional with at least five years of SaaS and/or gaming experience delivering high-grade UI/UX product design.
  • Portfolio:Your portfolio shows variety in your work. We need to see a strong demonstration of your understanding of designing user experiences, UI, and graphics (focused on typography, fonts, web design, illustration) for SaaS products and/or gaming.
  • Design skills:Expertise in design principles, typography, colour theory, and user-centred design principles with a proficiency in Figma and sharp eye for visual details.
  • Be KPI driven:An innate understanding of metrics, KPIs, and how design can impact them.
  • Communication:Strong communication and collaboration skills whilst working cross-functionally.
  • Be a self-starter:Motivated to take initiative and work independently, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Bar raiser interview with Chief of Staff, right hand to CEO (30 min)
