If you’re ready to help shape the future of healthy living, we’d love to hear from you.

You are

  • Experienced in Figma (including prototyping), capable of creating seamless, multi-platform designs across web and mobile.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with product managers, engineers, data analysts, brand, and other stakeholders to align on strategy and execution.
  • A confident facilitator, able to lead workshops to clarify objectives, build consensus, and foster innovation.
  • Experienced in hypothesis-driven user research and usability testing, using insights to validate assumptions and iterate designs.

You will

Product Design & Research

  • Lead Design Across Web & App: Drive complex design initiatives from concept through to launch, ensuring a cohesive, impactful user experience.
  • Data-Informed, Hypothesis-Driven Design: Conduct user research (e.g., interviews, usability tests) to validate assumptions, and work closely with the product and data teams to apply insights to guide and refine designs.
  • Prototyping: Use Figma’s prototyping tools to test and demonstrate functionality and interactions.

Design System & Best Practices

  • Develop the Design System: Maintain and evolve our design system, introducing new patterns to support consistency and usability across platforms.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Lead workshops with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data, brand and across the org) to align on design priorities and foster collaboration.
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Share best practices and contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Your profile

  • Experience: 3 to 7 years in UX/UI or product design, with strong web and app design experience, and ideally in a similar B2C or eCommerce environment.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping; skilled at translating insights into user-friendly, visually appealing designs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with product, engineering, data, brand, and other stakeholders.
  • Adaptable: Energised by Mindful Chef’s mission and comfortable working in an evolving, collaborative environment.
